SEEKING:  Digital Marketing Strategist & Social Media Account Manager to join our team.

We are enthusiastically seeking our newest creative team member to support our ongoing client account management work. Our beloved client base ranges in both size and industry, and while the majority would be considered “non-traditional” marketers, each and every business and organization is committed to a more heartfelt and meaningful approach to their public outreach. A strong sense of story-focused social messaging, a commitment to honesty, equity, sustainability, and a love of narrative-driven video and digital media content are all must-haves.

We create pieces that are informational and others emotional, and we exercise adaptability and authenticity on every project. Supporting the creative development of media that lifts up client initiatives with strong content planning and publication scheduling, and making sure digital campaigns are hitting the mark are core to this role’s responsibilities.

We are seeking a conscientious digital marketer and social media manager, proficient in the realm of client care & account administration, comfortable leading online campaign implementation, performance reporting, and intrinsic content planning and strategy.

We emphasize MUST LOVE PEOPLE because experience within the digital marketing world is important, and respect for people and their entrusted stories is even more so. You’d be joining a team of creatives that are practiced in engaging storytelling and media creation – bringing your unique perspective to add to the mix.

This opportunity is full time (38-40hrs per week).

Position Qualifications

  • > 2+ years social media marketing experience
  • > 2+ years client-facing account management experience
  • > Proficient in project management tools (Slack, Trello, etc.)
  • > Experience in social media content creation & copy-writing
  • > Demonstrated knowledge of digital metrics performance reporting & data collection
  • > Skillful expertise with Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn ads
  • > Experience in optimizing promoted content in ongoing campaigns
  • > Outstanding communication (oral and written) and time-management skills
  • > Excellent collaboration skills & willingness to work transparently
  • > Stellar planner and organizer of multiple initiatives at varying priority levels across multiple projects
  • > Google AdWords & YouTube Ad Experience (or interest in learning!) a plus
  • > Passion for equity, sustainability and diversity practices in alignment with social purpose values
