For some projects that traditional contract works fine. What we've found is in the age of social media is often lots of smaller projects (micro-content) serves our clients better than investing in the one highley produced intro video every 2 to 3 years. When producing a lot of shorter content; proposals, invoicing and accounting becomes cumbersome. We idenified by switching to a subscription model we get to spend more time on creative and less time on administration, and our clients can have our team on call!
